Citco is one of the world’s leading independent financial service providers, serving the world’s elite hedge funds, private equity, and real estate firms, institutional banks, Global 1000 companies, and high net worth individuals. This places me within a large multi-national business environment, handling a large amount of confidential, sensitive information and large scale financial transactions. Currently, I act as the main level of administrative support for a team of five trust officers and two main account managers, covering a broad portfolio of high-level international clients. The main focus of this role requires a high level of trust and sensitivity to data and client relationships. I need to display an excellent eye for detail and accuracy, the ability to cope with a high workload and meet strict, tight deadlines and to provide a clear, efficient and transparent working process for all items of work.  In my time at Citco I have firmly established myself as the senior member of the support team (9 members), providing knowledge support and training for colleagues where needed and mentoring any new members of the team.
